Karen Larochelle is the heart, mind, and hands behind Fig & Fire. With a background in science and a deeply personal connection to the role our senses can play in well-being, she brings both research and intention to every product she creates. Her approach combines careful formulation, thoughtful ingredient selection, and years of hands-on testing with an appreciation for the small sensory experiences that can bring comfort to everyday life.
Inspired by her own journey of healing and a desire to create safer, more intentional products, Karen founded Fig & Fire to help others find moments of joy, comfort, and connection in their daily routines.
