How to Participate

Three’s Co. is a space for three emerging entrepreneurs to learn, to grow, and to thrive. Over the course of a year, they’ll receive affordable retail space, shared operations, mentorship, and hands-on business training. Three’s Co. is here primarily to serve diverse entrepreneurs and ensure they find their footing in Frederick’s small business community.

Three’s Co. might sound cute, but we mean business. We know the power of investing in our community, in supporting those who have historically been under supported and underrepresented. It’s our whole reason for being.

The application for participating businesses opens once a year. Stay tuned for our 2027 application and deadline.
